Road Name Clean - 14th September 2015

Here at 1st Owlsmoor Scouts we wanted to make a difference in our local community. After seeing the Big Clean Challenge on the website, the Scouts decided that they wanted to take part. Even with the weather against us, the Scouts were determined to complete their task with smiles on their faces and sponges in their hands. They cleaned a total of 18 road name signs in the Owlsmoor area. Great fun was had by all, and the young people were happy to be making a difference. This will also go towards their Community Badge. Sandhurst Town Council were very grateful and sent a nice thank you letter which you can see here.
