May Camp - 1st~3rd May 2015

16 Scouts and Cubs with 7 leaders enjoyed our camp at the Wokingham Waterside Centre in May. The Scouts and Cubs enjoyed water activities including bell boating , katacanoeing and canoeing. They also learnt various camping skills, went on a riverside nature trail and night hike, and even operated a lock gate for a passing narrow boat. On the Saturday we were joined by 9 of the 1st Owlsmoor Beavers who did some raft building and cooking on open fires. Great fun was had by all. Thanks to the leaders for making this happen.
