Twenty-two Scouts from four Scout troops in the District joined together for the 2011 winter camp at Tolmer's Scout Camp and Activity Centre near Potter's Bar - for a weekend of mud! The Scouts joined together to camp as normal and took part in many activities during the day, plus a disco or film on the Saturday evening. The activities on offer to the Scouts included four types of climbing wall, archery, rifle shooting, laser quest, high ropes and quad biking, plus the waltzer and dodgems fairground rides. We were very lucky with the January weather as it was mild and we only had a bit of rain overnight Saturday.

 

The Troops who took part were 1st Owlsmoor, 1st St Sebastian's, 2nd Easthampstead and 1st Crowthorne.
